The venue is all set to host the India – Australia One Day international on October 17 . The ticket sales will begin from the first week of October itself. The tickets will be sold through selected federal bank branches in the state and Coimbatore. as Federal bank is the official banking partners of the Cochin Cochin ODI. There will be an official inauguration of the ticket sales . Ticket counter will be open from 10 am to 4.30 pm on all working days till October 15.
After the renovation and makeover of the stadium , it is expected to occupy 45000 spectators. The stadium was renovated at an estimated cost of 30 Crores. A price range of Rs. 300 to Rs. 700 is expected for the ticket . KCA is expecting revenue of 3.4 crores from this ODI match between India and Australia.
