Navy Queen 2010, Cochin | Prelims @ Dec 7, 2010 – Apply Now!!!

After the glamourous and colorful Miss South India 2010, the ramp is  gonna get hot again with Navy Queen 2010. The event is conducted in a remembrance of an historic event- the daring missile attack by the Navy ships on the Karachi Harbour on 04 Dec, 1971. Owing to its success, the day of attack is celebrated as Navy Day.

This year the Navy Queen 2010 is having its prelims on 07 Dec 2010 @ Sagarika, Naval Base, Cochin

Who can apply for the pageant?

The applicant must be of Indian origin. The applicants must be above 18 years of age and below 30 years of age on Dec 7th, 2010. Find more information on the rules at : www.navyballcochin.com

What is the Theme of the contest?

The theme of the contest will be ‘beauty with a purpose’ and to keep in tune with the theme the pageant is associated with ‘Save the Girl Child’ mission, a project of FOGSI.

What does the Winner gets to do?

The winner of Navy Queen 2010 will get tickets for 2 to London and back, cash prizes and lots of attractive prizes

The First Runner Up of Navy Queen 2010 will get tickets for 2 to Paris and back, cash prizes and lots of attractive prizes

The Second Runner Up of Navy Queen 2010 will get tickets for 2 to Muscat and back, cash prizes and lots of attractive prizes

Finals

The finals of the event will be held on Dec 11, 2010 at Southern Naval Command Officer’s Mess.

  1. Sounds good .though its really sad to know the age limit..in India women touching 30 and they are labelled as old.And it is sad to know that this comes from the Navy ..wheres the women power ..you allow married women to take part but till the age of 30..Dissapointing.
