‘Your Moment is waiting ‘; the latest campaign film of Kerala Tourism was unveiled in a red carpet event held at Saatchi Gallery in London. The big leap in promotion of Kerala tourism was conceptualized and made a reality by the ZooZoo fame Director Praksh varma for Stark Communications who has been handling Kerala tourism brand promotion.
The three minute campaign fil was unveiled before a star studded audience. Soccer stars Didier Drogba, Gary Linekar, actors Bill Nighy, Dev Patel, Priya Kalidas, Sadie Frost and Dougray Scott, glamor couple Yasmin and Simon Le Bon, British MPs Lord Swaraj Paul and Keith Vaz. Gold medalist Christine Ohuruogu, models Anna Friel, Jade Jagger, Daisy Lowe, Meg Mathews and TV presenters Lisa Snowdon and Mariella Frostrup, Sam Branson were some of the celebrities present in the occasion.
Our own Megastar MohanLal was at the premiere in London and he was excited seeing the film and commented, “It’s a great film. There is magic in it. Now I feel I have to go back to Kerala to discover it again”.

The campaign will run in all of Kerala Tourism’s major markets around the world from October 2010 until mid 2011. The film will be shown in cinemas across the United Kingdom where the movie ‘Eat, Pray and Love’ is being shown and in CNN, Europe targeting viewers in the key source markets of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Belgium.

Its a disgrace to see a tourism film that doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and culture of the land, but heeds to the whims and fancies and self-pleasuring narcissistic nature of a director and an advertising agency. Pathetic guys.
